Puppy Pawty – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Puppy Pawty. These terms outline our commitment to your pet's happiness and the responsibilities we share as a community of dog lovers in San Diego.

1. Vaccinations & Health

By booking services, the owner confirms that their dog is up-to-date on all vaccinations, free from contagious illnesses, and in good general health.

2. Behavior & Socialization

  • For group walks, duo walks, and social adventures, the owner confirms their dog is friendly, non-aggressive, and comfortable with other dogs and people.

  • Puppy Pawty reserves the right to refuse service if a dog shows aggressive behavior.

3. Liability

  • Owners acknowledge and accept that participation in walks, adventures, or social sessions carries inherent risks (e.g., minor injuries, scratches, or interactions with other dogs).

  • Puppy Pawty, its staff, and representatives are not liable for any injuries, illness, or accidents that may occur during the service.

  • Owners agree to indemnify and hold harmless Puppy Pawty in the event of injury, damage, or loss related to the dog while in our care.

4. Emergency Care 

  • In the event of a medical emergency, Puppy Pawty will make reasonable efforts to contact the owner and/or veterinarian.

  • The owner authorizes Puppy Pawty to seek veterinary care at the owner’s expense if necessary.

5. Property & Belongings

Puppy Pawty is not responsible for damage to the dog’s or owner’s property that occurs during walks, adventures, or visits.

6. Adventures & Off-Leash Play

Dogs participating in adventures (beach, dog park, bay, etc.) are expected to be friendly and social. Owners understand that off-leash activities carry additional risks.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: No refund.

  • Cancellations with 24+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule at no additional charge.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: 50% refund or credit toward future services.

  • Puppy Pawty reserves the right to cancel a service due to weather, safety concerns, or dog behavior. In such cases, a full refund or reschedule will be provided.
